We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who possesses a blend of IT-business analysis skills, project management expertise, and change management competencies. This role involves a lot of interaction between the various business stakeholders and end-users of the IT tools and the NIT-teams responsible for its actual development, making you the business expert on the system. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing change, including tool-training, for end-users of the system.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the process of “maturation” of a new business idea towards IT-formulated requirement(s).
- Work independently and in a structured way, while cooperating with an overall project leader.
- Plan and execute tasks at the business-side to achieve the project's goals.
- Take initiatives to unblock situations when necessary.
- Manage the process of maturing a new business idea towards IT-formulated requirements.
- Follow up on IT developments and go-live, including validation, testing, and providing input for deployment decisions.
- Manage communication and training with end-users for business go-live, and facilitate necessary changes.
- Provide detailed user manuals and work instructions if applicable.
**Skills**:
- A basic understanding of IT concepts and tools can be practical.
- Office 365
- Agile, Waterfall
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business) is preferred, but not required.
