**About the Role**

We are actively seeking **Business Analysts** (Junior, Medior, and Senior) to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing requirements, and guiding teams toward efficient, high-impact solutions.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the central liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset and communication skills will help drive informed decisions and support continuous improvement across projects and departments.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

Observe, analyze, and document business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, challenge, and prioritize business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate complex needs into clear, actionable deliverables for development and project teams.
- Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide recommendations to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
- Support project managers and product owners in aligning solutions with the organizational roadmap.
- Facilitate workshops, user acceptance tests (UAT), and continuous feedback loops.

**Your Profile**

**Experience**
- **Junior**: 0-3 years of experience in a support or coordination role within business or IT projects.
- **Medior**: 3-7 years of experience conducting business analyses, requirements gathering, or digital transformation projects.
- **Senior**: 7+ years of experience leading or advising on complex business and IT initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Certifications such as **Agile/Scrum, BPMN, or CBAP** are considered a plus.

**Languages**
- Minimum **C1 level** in both **Dutch and English**is required.
- French is a strong asset.
