Om zich aan te sluiten bij het juridisch team in Brussel, is EQUANS op zoek naar een Jurist.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn

(publieke en private) aanbestedingsdocumenten analyseren en praktisch advies verstrekken

allerlei commerciële contracten onderhandelen en opstellen (bouwovereenkomsten, onderhoudscontracten, joint venture-overeenkomsten, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, overeenkomsten voor de aankoop van aandelen )

praktisch juridisch advies verstrekken bij de meest uiteenlopende juridische kwesties met betrekking tot alle activiteiten van EQUANS (handelsrecht, vennootschapsrecht, contractenrecht, recht inzake overheidsopdrachten, PPP )

nationale en internationale geschillen opvolgen waarin EQUANS betrokken is

Beschik je over de volgende competenties & talenten? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken

je hebt een masterdiploma in de rechten

je hebt ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in de sector (waarvan 3 jaar aan de balie), bij voorkeur als advocaat of in-house jurist in een internationale omgeving

aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van contracten
- en vennootschapsrecht is vereist

ervaring in financieel recht wordt op prijs gesteld, maar is niet vereist

je hebt talent voor en interesse in het onderhandelen van complexe contracten en transacties

je hebt belangstelling voor en inzicht in de niet-juridische aspecten van een project: technische, commerciële, financiële en strategische aspecten

je hebt sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden, een volwassen ingesteldheid en bent bereid strenge ethische normen na te leven

je bent proactief, positief, pragmatisch en hebt een open geest

je bent assertief, zelfverzekerd en een echte teamspeler, en je kan tegelijkertijd autonoom werken

je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans
