Laboratory Technician

We are a fermentation-driven company, producing a fungal protein ingredient to supply feed and food producers.

As we are scaling up, we arelooking to expand our team and recruit a motivated Laboratory Technician to support our engineer in
throughout the project while reinventing the broken feed and food systems.

**Function**:
Assist the engineer in setting up and managing fermentation experiments.
- Prepare culture media and samples required for fermentation trials.
- Perform microbiological and biochemical analyses to assess key fermentation parameters.
- Collaborate with the bioengineer to adapt and optimize fermentation processes and improve

the quality of produced fungal proteins.
- Document and analyze experimental data accurately and rigorously.
- Maintain and upkeep laboratory equipment, as well as inventory of necessary supplies.

**Profile**:

- Graduate degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in the field of fermentation.
- Knowledge of cell culture and fermentation techniques.
- Ability to follow experimental protocols, collect, and analyze data accurately.
- Good understanding of laboratory best practices and safety standards.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
