**Organisatie omschrijving**: Pour un client actif dans l'installation et la maintenance en techniques spéciales, Catalay est à la recherche d'un **Project Manager** **expérimenté en HVAC.**

Il s'agit d'un poste à responsabilité où vous devrez prendre en charge des projets de grande envergure, avec des budgets importants.

Vous devrez être capable d'effectuer les tâches suivantes:

- Dimensionnement d'installations hydrauliques et aérauliques complexes.
- Gestion de projets valorisés à plusieurs millions d'euros.
- Implémentation de solutions techniques complexes : tours de refroidissement, ventilo-convecteurs, plafonds froids.
- Implémentation de projets orientés régulation
- Négociation, gestion des stakeholders

Le poste est à pourvoir en région Bruxelloise.
