Campus R&d Graduate 2023

As a new DOW employee you will be based/hired in Seneffe, Belgium. This means you will start in your base location with a 9 month assignment and will then have the opportunity to rotate for the remaining 12 months to different Dow businesses and technologies and work on 2 other projects of 6 months each.
- This is a great opportunity to start in a company such as Dow as it will enable the new employee to build a great network and to be exposed to a broad range of Dow technologies.
- At the end of the program, you will come back to your base location (Seneffe) as a Senior Research Specialist.

- You will work on high profile projects and get the opportunity to do exploratory and business driven research leading to new and/or improved solutions that have global impact and create business value for Dow.

- Recent graduates with Ph.D. or post-Doc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering or a strongly related field with less than 1 year of experience.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.-

- Fluency in English is essential.-
