**Finance Manager (M/V/X) (deeltijdse tewerkstelling)**

**Functie**:
Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief beheer van alle financiële aspecten binnen onze organisatie. Je verzamelt informatie, interpreteert, analyseert, signaleert, innoveert en dit samen met een team van 3 medewerkers. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks naar de Algemene Directeur.

**Jouw functie**:

- Financiële Planning en Budgettering:

- Opstellen en bewaken van het jaarlijks budget, rekening houdend met de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie.
- Identificeren van financiële risico's en kansen en adviseren over passende maatregelen.
- Financiële Rapportage en Analyse aan het bestuurscomité en commissies:

- Analyseren en interpreteren van financiële gegevens om de prestaties van de organisatie te evalueren.
- Advies geven aan APB-collega’s over financiële modellen bij projecten en dagelijkse operationele activiteiten
- Opstellen van financiële rapporten, inclusief winst
- en verliesrekeningen, balansen en cashflowoverzichten.
- Cashflowbeheer en Liquiditeit:

- Bewaken van de liquiditeitspositie van de organisatie en tijdige betalingen aan leveranciers en medewerkers garanderen.
- Beheren van de kasstromen en de financiële reserves van de organisatie.
- Adviseren over investeringsmogelijkheden en het beheer van financiële risico's.
- Compliance en Risicobeheer:

- Zorgen voor naleving van financiële wet
- en regelgeving, zowel intern als extern.
- Coördineren van audits en zorgen voor een tijdige en accurate rapportage.
- Identificeren van potentiële risico's en implementeren van passende interne controlemaatregelen.
- Facility management:

- Actief deelnemen aan het toekomstplan omtrent het beheer van de bestaande en toekomstige nieuwe gebouwen.
- Bewaken van het onderhoudsbudget voor de gebouwen en zorgen voor optimale kostenefficiëntie.
- Leiderschap en Teammanagement:

- Aansturen en coachen van het financieel team, inclusief het stellen van doelen en het faciliteren van professionele ontwikkeling.
- Stimuleren van een cultuur van samenwerking, efficiëntie en continue verbetering binnen het team.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een Masteropleiding in een economische/financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als financieel professional, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en kan complexe financiële concepten op een duidelijke en begrijpbare manier overbrengen en dit zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.
- Je kan vlot overweg met boekhoudsoftware, Office 365,
- Je hebt een coachende benadering en weet hoe het team te motiveren, te begeleiden en hen professioneel te laten groeien.
