**Wat zal je dag zijn?**
Als Business Specialist Gross to Net beheerst u het salarisbeheer uitstekend en wordt u een onmisbare expert in de correcte berekening van salarissen en randberekeningen (vakantiegeld, maaltijdcheques, enz.).
U volgt de evolutie van de sociale en fiscale wetgeving, in samenwerking met de bedrijfsjuristen, en vertaalt ze in berekeningsregels.
U corrigeert alle gevonden fouten of verbetert het bestaande proces.
U test uw veronderstellingen en nieuwe regels.
U analyseert de gevolgen van de nieuwe regels voor de gebruikers en de manier waarop ze moeten worden meegedeeld.
U werkt in een team van materiedeskundigen met wie U samenwerkt.
**Uw profiel?**
- U houdt van de uitdaging om (juridische) gegevens te analyseren en om te zetten in een rekenregel
- Je bent wiskundige, HR-specialist, jurist... en je houdt van de analytische kant van de zaak...
- Kennis van salarisverwerking is een pluspunt, maar je kunt dit ook bij ons leren....
- U bent geïnteresseerd in de technische processen van de loonverwerking en bent bereid om Agile/Scrum-methodes en SQL-tools te leren, waarvoor U zal worden opgeleid.
- De klant staat voor u centraal, zowel intern als extern.
- U bent doelgericht en volhardend om de gewenste resultaten te bereiken.
- U bent een goede communicator en zal deel uitmaken van verschillende strategische groepen, zowel intern als extern
- U werkt graag zelfstandig, geïntegreerd in een team.
- U bent ruimdenkend, oplossingsgericht, dynamisch en proactief.
- U past u gemakkelijk aan veranderingen aan
- U spreekt FR of NL en hebt een goede beheersing van de andere taal. Kennis van EN is een pluspunt.
