**Position Summary**:

- Lead IBP Regional governance and facilitate monthly reviews for the Region
- Update and Lead Regional IBP Scorecard (metrics and comments) for T1, T2 and T3 inputs, and work in collaboration with D&A team to turn them into T1
- Focal point for Global/Regional Stakeholder Management (Inside Deliver + Deliver Finance, CQ, ACC, D&IM)
- Perform and Lead diagnostics and improvement process for Regional Janssen Deliver organization throughout multiple areas, inside and outside Deliver.
- Own user requirements/stories based on business/stakeholder needs and partner with Deliver Data & Analytics and JSC DPM team to develop the Digital
- Performance Capabilities for Ops View and MPR that will be connected with the Regional IBP Scorecard.
- Partner with other Business Owners (Regional or Global) to adopt and embed new Performance Indicators or capabilities that are Performance or IBP related
- Partner with D&A for Financial Cycles related with Performance Management and Digital Performance Capabilities in the Region (licenses, projects budget, consulting, etc)

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Own the Deliver Performance Management process
- Establishing, standardizing and lead performance indicators, reporting performance measurement reviews by Market and Region cadence | Embebed new governance for Performance Reviews and continuous improvement process [Change Management]
- Owns and manage compilation and publication of DELIVER dashboards, reports and action plans by Regional and Global cadence and owns Capacity Management capabilities to proactively identified Risk and Opportunities
- Connect with strategic requirements to incorporate performance indicators or analysis outputs into the IBP cycle
- Performs and lead yearly Deliver Diagnostic for Janssen that includes assessments and improvement actions on following areas: customer service, transportation, distribution centers and technical capability gaps aligned to business direction.

**Other Duties**:

- KPI´s global champion
- Brainstorming sessions to develop Digital Performance Tools
- Lead POC projects in the region when needed
- Project Management Lead to received new capabilities developed from global partners
- Project Management Lead to create and deploy Regional, Cluster/Market and Operational Reviews in EMEA and their 30 DCs/countries

**Qualifications**:

- University degree, Master´s degree is nice to have
- Preferably 8 years of experience in SC business roles
- Agility to learn and challenge supply chain processes and stakeholders
- Analytical skills to manage information flows
- Soft skills to manage multiple work teams by influence
- Highly collaborative and influential
- Able to achieve results in a changing environment
- Ability to use data input in Regional and Global dashboards
- Lead Digital performance Capabilities in the region
- Ability to promote change management inside and outside Deliver
