IT Project Manager

To lead its increasing number of development and manufacturing projects, Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy is looking for a highly motivated** IT Project Manager**

**The Role**

The IT Project Manager will use project management methodologies and best practices to deliver IT projects on time and within budget. He/she will be working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment handling a varied and large portfolio of high visibility IT lead Corporate projects with multiple stakeholders and sometimes competing priorities.

This could include leading and directing locally project resources through to implementation, in a global environment.

You will also represent IT and follow-up Customer specific Projects where IT participation is required.

To help plan, coordinate and undertake IT projects ensuring that projects are delivered to agreed quality standards and meet corporate specifications within agreed deadlines and budget.
- Lead the development of project plans, ROI analysis, feasibility studies and CARs following Catalent’ Project Management Framework and System Development Lifecycle with a particular focus on system integration opportunities as per Industry 4.0 concepts and considering Data Integrity compliance.
- To follow-up and plan, coordinate, provide IT Support and undertake Client projects ensuring delivery to agreed quality standards and meet corporate specifications within agreed deadlines and budget.
- To provide progress reports and project financial updates.
- To act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a complete understanding of the project requirements, costs, invoicing and associated revenues and support in reporting numbers out to the wider Catalent Network.
- Individual responsible for overall project knowledge and execution according to agreed upon deliverables and timeline.
- Customer contact on all IT project related issues and communication; ensure appropriate and timely communication is maintained.
- Track progress of project activities, ensure key development milestones agreed upon with customer are achieved, and ensure program proceeds based on the agreed upon timeline.
- Evaluate, highlight, and escalate unresolved issues, potential barriers to project progression, and resources constraints to manager and/or key stakeholders.
- Ensure meeting minutes, agendas, timelines, trackers and other tools are utilized to the benefit of the project
- Consult and advise upper management on project status and report issues that may affect ultimate results.

- Language skills: French / English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
- Master or Bachelor's degree with experience at least 3-5 years in IT Projects Management roles
- Has hands on experience within Pharma/GMP, Manufacturing or Production industry is essential for this role.
- Understands the bells & whistles of corporate vs local communication.
- Effective project management skills (Prince 2, PMP ) and ability to develop study work plans against tasks, timeframes, milestones resources, financials and dependencies through discussions with internal stakeholders
- Is a natural with processes in a highly regulated environment.
- You have an eye for detail, are meticulous and punctual in completing the necessary administrative formalities. You know exactly who needs what information and when.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Project, Powerpoint, Visio, Word and Excel are required. Familiarity with PPM tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to function independently with mínimal supervision in a deadline driven work environment.

- Effective communication skills to speak to all levels of the organization.

- Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise, coherent, and professional manner (orally & verbally).

- Proven experience in a commercial environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean/Operational Excellence Principles is an advantage
