**Job Description**:
**SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES**:
The Junior Digital Communications Coordinator will work with Eurofins Group Recruitment teams to support raising brand awareness among our various target groups, in particular our social media followers and current students.

**Key duties**
- Publish and monitor the Employer Branding posts on Eurofins Global Eurofins social media channels in an appropriate and timely fashion
- Review, moderate, and escalate reviews posted on job and recruiting sites daily
- Support the Employer Branding Manager with updating content on Eurofins Careers websites
- Edit Employer Branding designs for internal clients in order to broadcast coherent messaging across the Eurofins network
- Support global Campus Recruitment in attracting Top Graduates
- Support the global IT Recruitment team in their Employer Branding activities
- Support the Employer Branding Manager with developing and animating the Employer Branding network

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably a Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, New Digital Media, Public Relations or a related field
- Ideally a prior working experience in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
- Rigorous with strong attention to detail; ability to make appropriate judgments and identify, analyse, and solve problems
- Ability to work autonomously, set priorities and take initiative.
- Mastery of social media
- Engaging personality with ability to connect well with multiple stakeholders from cross-cultural teams
- Strong, positive personal and professional persona; excellent standards of professional behaviour and ethics
