Responsabilités
En tant que **ICT Support L1 (FR/EN/NL)**, vos missions seront principalement les suivantes:
- Gestion des PC,
- Installation des anti-virus,
- Troubleshooting,
- Interventions réseau,
- Contact client et prise en charge de leurs demandes,
- Relayer les demandes en L2 ou L3 si nécessaire.
Exigences obligatoires
Votre profil:
- Compétences SCOM,
- Excellent contact client,
- Dynamique,
- Bon sens de l’investigation afin de proposer des solutions optimales,
- Esprit vif et proactif.
