**The Destination Services Consultant is responsible for directly delivering destination services to include home finding, local registration, (international) schooling in Belgium, departure services, and for ensuring a positive relocation experience for the assignee and his/her family.**:
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:
**Liaise with corporate clients and customers to determine their requirements**:
**Assist customers with relocation needs, to include**:

- **Conduct a needs analysis to ascertain area suitability based upon commute, cost, safety and best fit**:

- **Negotiate lease terms and conditions with agents and landlords, obtaining lease consents and copies of relevant safety certificates**:

- **Property/Tenancy Management; including coordination of rental payments and deposits, arranging inventories as required; assisting with connection of utilities by liaising with utility companies and client and customers**:

- **Provide assistance as required with opening of bank accounts**:

- **Prepare documentation related to invoicing**:

- **Assist with departure services; including formal notice, cancellation of utilities, arranging exit inventory as required, negotiating dilapidations between tenant and landlord, initiate outbound removals**:

- **Keep abreast of the property market and to share with the team any knowledge that will support their roles**

**Provide an excellent experience to the customer and client company throughout the relocation process**:
**Maintain a full caseload and ensure successful delivery of services**:
**Maintain high standards and ensure compliance with KPI’s**:
**Maintain and enhance relationships with both clients and other internal stakeholders**:
**Maintain data as required within internal IT systems and support any new IT projects**:
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND** **EXPERIENCE**:
**Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field OR Equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education****:
**Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients**:
**Strong ability to work with people from a diverse background and origin**:
**Mature, self-sufficient, diplomatic, logical**:
**Experience in an external client facing role such as developing relationships, dealing with new clients**:
**Positive, self-motivated, resilient, pro-active**:
**Experienced at problem solving, alleviating concerns, and resolving conflicts**:
**Ability to perform responsibilities in **English and Dutch** (native or near native speaker). French is preferred.**:
