**Dynamis-RH**, spécialiste sur les métiers de la **Comptabilité, Gestion, Paie, Ressources Humaines, Juridique et Digital/IT** recherche pour l’un de ses clients, un(e) Payroll Spécialist H/F.
**Description**
Pour l'un de nos clients, entreprise dans le secteur de la communication, nous recrutons un(e) Payroll Spécialiste.
Situé dans un quartier dynamique et sympathique de la capitale, facilement accessible en transport, vous êtes directement vous intégrer une équipe conviviale dans le cadre d'une création de poste.
Directement rattaché(e) au Responsable du Service, vos missions sont les suivantes:
Gestion des salaires et des avantages sociaux avec l'aide du secrétariat social.
Gestion des demandes administratives du personnel en rapport avec la législation sociale destinées aux autorités compétentes : syndicats, mutuelle, ONVA,...
Gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel (Visites médicales, demandes de congés, Assurances,...)
Gestion administrative auprès des assurances sociales.
Participation aux audits internes et externes liés à la paie sous la supervision du Payroll Manager.
Préparation des communications RH internes liées à la paie.
Gestion du CE
**Profil**
Vous disposez d'un Bachelier en Ressources Humaines
Vous êtes autonome sur l'encodage des paies.
Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances en législations sociales
Vous possédez idéalement 2 ans d'expérience sur une fonction similaire.
