Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you partner with the HR Leads, Comp & Ben, Talent and HRIS teams enabling collaboration and efforts around HCM Systems developments.
You will manage project(s) related to the implementation of the global HR systems mainly Oracle HCM Cloud and HR policies/tools/methods related to Workforce Management (Core HR & Organizational data, Onboarding, Leave and absence, Job catalog, ESS/MSS,...).

**Your responsibilities**

**Project management**
- You coordinate the execution of the project(s) within the global program.
- You define all phases of the project(s): analysis, planning, risk analysis, resource allocation, mobilization, change, communication with stakeholders, evaluation...).
- You are responsible of the organization, planning of the tasks of the project resources and delivers the communication for each phase (progress, stakeholders ).
- You organize and lead the communication and governance activities for the project (SteerCo, change requests, etc.).
- You organize, contribute to the Change Management activities associated to the project (in collaboration with internal change agents).
- Regarding project(s) info: Implementation of HCM Oracle modules: Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Absence Management, Onboarding and the associated streams linked to HCM architecture (Integrations, DWH, Reporting).

**Expertise in Workforce Management (Leave & Absences, Employee self-service, etc.)**
- You bring HR expertise in domains as such as Core HR Data Management, HR reporting, Self-service, etc.
- You design, develop and implement solutions, tools, processes and policies related to the field of expertise.

**Your profile**
- Relevant HR Applications implementation Project management experience in a global environment.
- Minimum of 10/12 years of relevant experience in Project Management (Systems implementation) in the domains of Workforce management: Core Data, leave & absence, time, Payroll implementation, Outsourcing, Self-service (and MSS).
- Hands-on experience and willingness to invest efforts in the solution and development (beyond the Project Management activities).
- Proven ability to co-create with and influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Availability to travel (max 20% on year average).
- Experience in facilitating teams specifically to drive consensus, brainstorm and/or to gather data for project.
- Flexibility and openness to work in a multinational environment and across time zones.
- Industrial environment exposure is a real plus.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbally).
