Een lichtrijke omgeving met een duidelijke visie gericht op groei en innovatie.- Daarnaast geloven we sterk dat dit enkel kan met de juiste mensen aan boord die we op onze beurt omarmen binnen een professioneel maar vooral plezierig kader;- Een marktconform brutoloon - En plus; maaltijdcheques, smartphone en laptop - Inlooptraject doorheen de organisatie van 14 dagen - Interne opleiding door je collega experts - 1 teambuildingdag/jaar, een lentedrink, herfstdrink en een Kerstlunch - Champagne op je verjaardag - 20 verlofdagen + 6 ADV dagen - Leuke werkuren: 7.30-12.00u en 12.30-16.00u, op vrijdag tot 15.00u of - 8.30-12.00u en 12.30-17.00u, op vrijdag tot 16.00u**DIT DOE JIJ NA EEN INTERNE OPLEIDING.** - De productmanager is een coördinator en organisator.- Hij/zij begeleidt onze producten (dakrandsystemen, muurafdekplaten en balustrades in aluminium) van ontwikkeling tot aan de eindklant. - Hij/zij begeleidt het go to market plan en realiseert de vertaalslag/implementatie tussen productontwikkeling en alle andere afdelingen binnen Claerhout Aluminium om het product kwalitatief bij de klant te krijgen. - Het - **doel** van deze functie is het centraliseren en beheren van de productkennis.**DIT BEN JIJ.** - De coördinator tussen productontwikkeling, aankoop, orderverwerking, productie, verpakking met als voorbeeld het aanmaken van artikelen in Bocount Navision. - Het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze technisch commerciële mensen bij productklachten uit de markt waarbij er feedback wordt gegeven aan het innovatieteam. - Je ondersteunt het uitrollen van het go to market plan van de nieuwe producten binnen de gehele Claerhout organisatie in samenspraak met het innovatie en marketing team. - Je beheert de technische tekeningen na goedkeuring en de matrijzenmatrix. Alsook alle technische en administratieve informatie van de producten zoals bv technische fiches voor de marketing afdeling. - Je ondersteunt het testen van nieuwe productiemethodes en machineonderdelen bij opstart van nieuwe en bestaande producten. - Je begeleidt testwerven bij opstart van nieuwe producten. **COMPETENTIES.** - Gedreven industrieel ingenieur of industrieel product ontwerp. - Gepassioneerd door techniek en volger van alle trends en gadgets op de markt - BIM, XR AR/VR, etc.- Teamplayer met hands on mentaliteit. - Straffe communicator die structuur kan brengen.
