**Your role as a Junior Business Controller**

For our headquarters based in Uccle, we are currently looking for a dynamic Junior Business Controller to join the finance team and support the countries in the Cluster Northern Europe (Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom and Ireland). As a Business Controller, you join a dynamic, expert team and report directly to the Business Controlling Cluster Manager. You will work closely with the departments that have an influence on the finances and productivity of the Group and you will be the technical referent for all financial matters to all employees.
- You support the countries on establishing the budgets (operational and CAPEX), compare the results, identify and analyze the differences and finally transmit all the reports to the CFO.
- You support and challenge the different countries on the operational strategy.
- You realize different types of financial analysis that you will transmit to the different departments and to the management.
- You support the local management and the group in better understanding the costs and their monthly results in order they can achieve and understand their targets.
- You are in contact with the IT department to follow and control the evolutions and the developments of the tools that have been created or are being created by the management.
- You are also in charge of the follow-up of the requests of the Corporate service (based in Paris)
- You have an university degree in finance and ideally two years of experience in Financial Controlling or auditing. Experience from an internship in an audit office is a very good asset.
- **You are bilingual French-Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of English**.
- You have a very good knowledge of Excel (good knowledge of vlookup) and PowerPoint.
- You are comfortable in interacting with different stakeholders, from different departments, different hierarchical levels and different countries.
- People would describe you as dynamic, team player, positive, can-do mindset, creative, curious person with good communication and analytical skills.
- You are result-oriented, organized, can work under pressure and work conscientiously
