**Organisatie omschrijving**:

- **Establish Project Governance**: Set up and structure the project's governance framework to ensure proper oversight and decision-making.
- **Oversee Business Requirements**: Manage the process of gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements to align with project objectives.
- **Lead Architectural Coordination**: Coordinate and guide architectural planning and deliverables to ensure they meet technical and project needs.
- **Develop Budget and Roadmap**: Create and manage the project budget and develop a detailed roadmap for project execution.
- **Track Project Progress**: Monitor and report on the project's status, including progress, timing, scope, quality, and budget, to key stakeholders.
- **Risk and Issue Management**: Anticipate potential risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- **Motivate Project Teams**: Inspire and motivate project teams to achieve high levels of productivity and morale

- **Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing strategic IT projects
- Experience in the insurance or banking sectors is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Mandatory fluency in English, with knowledge of French and/or Dutch being an added benefit.
