Client location is Erembodegem (Aalst), Belgium - they must be at onsite.

Rate
- 170 Euros/day

**Who are we looking for?**

4 to 5 years experienced in customer service role. Someone with great understanding of business and sales processes and practices who effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results between distributor and the client.

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- 2-4 years’ experience in customer service role or similar
- Understanding of business and sales processes and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery in English and local language (100% fluency)
- Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with Distributor and HPE management.
- Proficient with standard Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software packages
- Excellent presentation skills - creates visuals and presentations in Power Point and effectively communicates the message.
- Identify and develop new opportunities on current project.
- Ability to develop and execute a success plan to faster time to adoption of the program.

**Process Skills**:

- Administrative skills, including data review and proof reading and overall document and information management.
- Thorough understanding of basic order processes, systems configurations and documentation requirements
- Good analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: €150.00 - €170.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aalst: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
