Partner Agile Delivery Manager

As a Partner Agile Delivery Manager you will be part of the Product & Technology domain and report to the Technology Partner Management Team Manager. You will work closely together with Telenet senior management to establish and nurture long-term relationships with our strategic partners. You align Telenet's organizational objectives and the business objectives of our partners.

**Tasks**:

- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external strategic partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Establish and maintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and accountability.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, budget constraints, and business priorities. Monitor and optimize service performance, proactively leading improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the governance framework for strategic partners, acting as the key commercial contact and ensuring strong working relationships.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) across the organization to address and resolve escalations related to partners capacity issues, dependency management, and team dynamics.
- Consolidate demand forecasts and rolling roadmaps, aligning with partners to assess upscaling and downscaling needs.
- Oversee budget management, ensuring cost control, accurate billing, and financial optimization within scope.
- Lead strategic transformation and continuous improvement efforts, fostering innovation and cost efficiency by identifying and addressing structural challenges. Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and performance evaluations for strategic partners.

- Has 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management and supplier management in a technological environment.
- Is passionate about improving relationships and want to create impact.
- Is a servant leader, with strong people skills, high personal credibility & bridge builder attitude.
- Has expertise in different contract models (outsourcing, joint ventures, vested, offshoring, right shoring, etc.).
- Works autonomously, is result oriented and have the self-confidence to lead senior negotiations. Has strong negotiation and influencing skills which are needed due to the nature of the work.
- Is an improvement oriented professional who enjoys working in a demanding and collaborative environment. Has sound judgment and the ability to make clear and succinct reasoned recommendations.
- Has highly developed written and oral communications skills in English. NL & FR are a plus.
