**Taken**
- Je **vergelijkt **de **werkelijke kosten met het budget** en ondersteunt de afdelingshoofd bij de kostencontrole en margeverbetering
- Je weet **financiële informatie** en kerncijfers te **vertalen **in **diepgaande operationele inzichten**:

- Je **rapporteert periodiek de cijfers** aan de leidinggevende en diensthoofden van alle afdelingen
- Je stelt **verbeteringsacties **voor aan de verantwoordelijken
- Je **analyseert investeringsvoorstellen** en adviseert over de wenselijkheid ervan
- Je **analyseert de P&L’s **van de aan jouw toegewezen diensten
- Je verzorgt de **financiële rapportering** van het budget/forecast/strategische plannen, trends en mogelijke optimalisaties
- Je **stelt KPI's op** en doet voorstellen om het te optimaliseren

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een **Bachelor of Master in financiële of een economische richting**:

- Je hebt **minstens 2 jaar ervaring als Controller of Auditor**:

- Je spreekt **vlot Nederlands** en **Engels**:

- Je kan **vlot werken met Excel**:

- Ervaring met SAP is een plus, maar geen must.
- Je bent een **kritische persoonlijkheid**, die nieuwe wegen durft in te slaan
- Je bent **analytisch **en conceptueel sterk en gaat nauwgezet te werk
- Je bent **discreet **en weet met alle niveaus en functies in de organisatie vlot te communiceren
