Finance & Business Controller

**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
You are responsible for the following tasks:

- Review the SAP BPC reporting to head office, ensure all deadlines are met, and provide detailed comments on the main events that occurred during the month
- Analyse the results of the company and discuss with the country Management
- Review and improve processes regarding the estimation of the work in progress and gross profit
- Be the single point of contact for Group for the relevant entities
- Analyse the site results and propose different initiatives to improve the profitability
- Ensure the departmental structure in SAP is up to date at all times
- Monitor the evolution of the gross profit in terms of volumes/margins and provide a forecast for month end
- Prepare the P&L budget based on the SAP BPC tools
- Monitor the balance sheet to ensure we do not carry any risk and follow-up as necessary
- Participate in the Local Management meetings representing the R-SSC
- Ensure that the different Financial processes are respected locally, not only by the Finance employees, but also Operational personnel
- Prepare information for audits and Group Controlling visits
- Follow-up Webcost / Operational KPI's (e.g. auto-posting)
- Support the review and follow-up of overheads cost
- Liaise closely with country Management and provide additional support as required

**Wat zoeken we?**:

- Qualified controller (Bachelor or Master) with at least 2 to 4 years of proven experience in the field of controlling with solid experience in finance, business results, planning and analysis
- Experience with audits is a plus
- Good knowledge of Excel is essential, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Team player, excellent communication skills (to both a direct colleague and an MD from the region), a creative and problem-solving approach, the ability and willingness to work with tight deadlines, change management mindset (fast changing and growing company), ownership approach
- Must be able to speak fluent **English**. English is the Group's business language. Other languages are a plus.
