**About the Job**:
As a Data Architect, you’ll play a leading role in building and defining our data strategy. This position sits at the intersection of technology and business, with a focus on delivering data-driven insights and solutions to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the architecture of secure, compliant, and scalable data solutions, primarily using Microsoft_ Azure_. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand their needs, translate requirements into effective data strategies, and inspire them with cutting-edge solutions.

In addition to working on projects, you will coach and mentor your colleagues on data architecture best practices and methodologies, helping to build the skillset within the team.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a senior data role (Data Architect, Solution Architect, or similar).
- Extensive hands-on experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks (e.g., Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, ETL pipelines, and Python) and strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Experience with database design, data modelling, data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience coaching and mentoring other data professionals; a genuine commitment to fostering knowledge-sharing and skill development within the team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Based in Belgium.
