**Your Impact**:
As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding) for greater efficiency and effectiveness. You will be at the forefront of driving change, balancing strategic project-based initiatives with day-to-day operational support. By leveraging your deep knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, you will contribute directly to our scalable, customer-centric growth. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and autonomous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to take ownership of key operational tasks that directly impact business outcomes.
- **This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Madrid or Ghent office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.**

**What you will do**:

- ** Project-Based Initiatives**: Lead and deliver on quarterly RevOps projects, including reporting improvements, process optimization, and tool enhancements.
- ** Operational Support**: Provide timely and accurate day-to-day operational support to GTM teams, troubleshooting and resolving CRM and system-related issues via our ticketing system.
- ** Data and Reporting**: Develop and maintain CRM reporting dashboards, including pipeline forecasting, and use data analysis to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decisions.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement across our GTM processes, workflows, and systems. Implement innovative solutions that balance speed with quality, ensuring long-term scalability.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Actively engage with and manage relationships with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Finance, People) and external vendors to align on priorities and solutions.
- ** Data Management**: Drive improvements in how we leverage contact data across our systems, ensuring data quality, cleanliness, and compliance.

**What you will Bring**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in an Operations or similar role (Revenue Ops, Business Ops, or GTM support) within a high-growth tech company.
- ** CRM Expertise**: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms is a must-have, with strong knowledge of HubSpot preferred. CRM admin certification is a **plus**.
- ** Mindset**: A curious mindset and a proactive, optimistic attitude with a drive to initiate change. You are comfortable working autonomously with ambiguous requirements and can balance quick, pragmatic fixes with well-structured, long-term solutions.
- ** Skills**: Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficient in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
- ** Communication**: Strong English communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly. A proven ability to form relationships with the GTM team and understand their day-to-day work and pain points.
