About the position:
IFS is growing rapidly, to keep our community connected and our clients and teams informed, we are looking for a full time Marketing and Communication Specialist. You will be be independently responsible for creating and managing all our internal and external communication. We are looking for a flexible and well organized person who can multitask and prioritize to support our Social Media and Internet based programs and Information systems to our members and clients all over the world. You will work closely together with a colleague in the Philippines and in Belgium to optimize the marketing and communication strategy processes and lead and support on different projects.

We expect an enthusiastic employee who gets things done and dares to tackle a problem. You are creative, socially responsible have a sense of humour. You can think out of the box and have excellent communication skills. You deal with people in a smooth way and communicate clearly, positively and openly.

- De communicatie voorbereiden (inhoud verzamelen, evalueren, selecteren, opstellen,...)
- Communicatiedragers ontwikkelen: Beeldmateriaal (tekeningen, logo's, grafisch charter,...)
- Het communicatiebeleid van de organisatie bepalen
Het budget en de uitgaven van de communicatieacties vastleggen
- Communicatiedragers ontwikkelen: Audiovisueel materiaal (telefonische kranten, telematicakranten, films,...)
- Een partnernetwerk uitbouwen
Informatie over de sector, reglementeringen, technische informatie en mediaverslaggeving opvolgen
- De logistieke uitvoering van communicatieacties, -producten en -dragers plannen (verspreiding, expositie, distributie,)
- Schriftelijke communicatiedragers opstellen: Tijdschriften, persdossiers, persoverzicht
