As we continue to create breakthroughs that change patients’ lives, we are looking for a new talent to fill the position of Country Brand Lead Eliquis, in the Primary Care unit, Pfizer Belgium.

The role in summary

Be the lead person representing Eliquis for Pfizer at the country level. Lead and coordinate the Pfizer cross functional teams (XFT). Be accountable to drive, co-develop and co-implement

the best-in-class omnichannel strategy, consisting of creative digital and non-digital marketing strategies and tactics in close collaboration with the local and glocal cross-functional (XF) team members. Drive the BMS/Pfizer alliance relationship and ensure optimal collaboration across all functions. Represent Pfizer at relevant alliance platforms

The position
- Responsible for the development of the local strategic and tactical omnichannel plans based on customer/account/patient insights in alignment with XF- team members
- You will lead different Pfizer cross functional teams to ensure diverse expert input from colleagues and to drive team execution
- Think on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.
- Successfully increase our customer and patient impact through new digital channels and further optimization of current non-digital channels.
- Able to take ownership and drive projects from conceptualization to implementation.
- Share and gather knowledge and best practices with/from other BU’s and from omnichannel marketing teams above country and externally.
- Support acceleration of new capabilities, including omnichannel marketing
- Active monitoring of developments in the healthcare environment, trends, competitor activities, customer
- and patient-insights
- Accountable for managing forecasts, revenues and expenses
- Drive KOL/patient advocacy groups development and advocacy in accordance with Pfizer policies and maintain personal contact with selected key customers/KOLs
- Drive access strategy and support the XF access team to achieve the desired access, pricing and reimbursement
- Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures

Your skills
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing and customer engagement
- Able to understand strategic business needs and customer insights and translate them into clearly defined digital and/or non-digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to analyze data, interpret and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
- Challenges status quo to drive innovation
- Experience interacting with external customers & stakeholders and acting upon customer insights
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluency in Business English as well as Dutch or French, with a mínimal requirement to understand and communicate in both languages
