Job description

We have a global cell phone contract with Vodafone, which includes Mobile devices (iPhones, iPads) and airtime. The devices are leased for a period of 2 years.

We receive various invoices globally that we have to charge to different local entities.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical & Operational issues

Usage of Excel and Power BI skills to analyze data and create reports

Usage of forecasting techniques to plan and manage Mobile devices (DLM) inventories

Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Follow up on meetings and discussions to ensure action items are completed promptly

Mobile Device life cycle management follow-up

Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure technology projects stay within budget

**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication, analytical, and financial basis skills

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Knowledge of Apple DEP and Mobile Device Management basics

Ability to forecast and plan resources effectively

Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
