Description

Nous recherchons un gestionnaire du changement expérimenté - un facilitateur - un expert en communication qui répond aux besoins suivants:

- Cartographier les processus nécessaires à l'identification des personnes, groupes ou organisations
- Analyser les attentes des parties prenantes et leur impact sur le projet
- Élaborer des stratégies de gestion appropriées pour impliquer efficacement les parties prenantes dans les décisions et la mise en oeuvre du projet
- Soutenir les processus de l'équipe du projet pour analyser les attentes des parties prenantes:

- La mesure dans laquelle ils influencent ou sont influencés par le projet
- Élaborer des stratégies pour faire participer efficacement les parties prenantes aux décisions relatives au projet ainsi qu'à la planification et à l'exécution des travaux.
- Les processus de soutien à la gestion des parties prenantes du projet:

- Le processus consistant à identifier régulièrement les parties prenantes du projet et à analyser et documenter les informations pertinentes concernant leurs intérêts, leur implication, leurs interdépendances, leur influence et leur impact potentiel sur la réussite du projet
- Planification de l'engagement des parties prenantes ? Le processus de développement d'approches pour engager les parties prenantes du projet sur la base de leurs besoins, attentes, intérêts et impact potentiel sur le projet
- Gérer l'engagement des parties prenantes ? Le processus de communication et de collaboration avec les parties prenantes pour répondre à leurs besoins et attentes, traiter les problèmes et promouvoir un engagement approprié des parties prenantes.

Connaissances linguistiques

Être de préférence bilingue (français, néerlandais) ou, à défaut, avoir une connaissance de base suffisante d'une deuxième langue nationale pour participer sans problème à des réunions avec d'autres spécialistes et avec les représentants des utilisateurs.

Une connaissance de l'anglais technique est indispensable.
