**Business development / Project manager - Flemish Region**

As a sustainable event furniture rental company in Paris, Lille and Brussels, Decoroom offers a wide range of furniture, partitions, accessories and plants for all types of professional events: corporate, general public, indoor and outdoor.

**Positioning**

Created 15 years ago in France with 25 employees, we are looking for a Project and Development Manager to support the growth of Decoroom Belgium, created 3 years ago.

Reporting to Decoroom's sales management, you will be managing projects and business development for the corporate market in the Flemish region, mainly through active prospecting.

You will also be involved in drawing up and implementing a sales action plan with a view to achieving set objectives.

**Your responsibilities**
- Together with your colleagues, draw up an annual sales action plan to generate rentals in your assigned market segment, monitor it and measure its profitability.
- Ensure the development, follow-up and creation of a file of customers and prospects in the market segment and follow-up on customer file data.
- Identify new projects or potential customers.
- Understand and know the events market in order to make regular proposals for adapted products and services.
- Participate in the development of the company's communication plan.
- Be a proactive representative and promote Decoroom at various networking events.

**Your profile**
- You have a degree in a commercial field.
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the events sector in Flanders and/or the Brussels region (service provider, agency, venue, etc.).
- You have a very good command of Dutch, English and French.
- You are rigorous, organized and able to manage priorities.
- You are curious, open-minded and creative.
- You are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
