To strengthen our **Ethics and Compliance team**, based in our **headquarters **in **Brussels**, **Belgium**, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Head of E&C Insights.**
**As a Head of E&C Insights and as a member of the E&C leadership team, you will collaborate with the Head of Global E&C and peers to embed and foster an ethical mindset and culture as well as designing, implementing and continuously improving an effective compliance program across UCB organizations. You will provide support and leadership to business partners for company-wide initiatives impacting E&C culture and practices.**
**You like to work in an** **environment **where you can**:

- Provide direct and indirect leadership for assigned E&C staff ensuring aligned priorities, strategies and approaches across E&C groups and geographies and providing ongoing management and development of staff,
- Design E&C data generation and analytics strategies and tools,
- Lead collection and processing of E&C related data to derive and report on E&C metrics and insights,
- Coordinate E&C detection activities through centralized monitoring, analytics and investigations.
**You will** contribute** **by**:

- Secure effective conduct of monitoring and analytics according to commonly agreed plans with E&C LT colleagues,
- Secure effective and timely completion of internal investigations and partner with E&C, Legal, Talent and business leaders to assess root causes and pimplement associated corrective and preventative actions,
- Define E&C data analytics methodologies and plans, implementing associated tools and technologies,
- Utilization of data analytics to generate dashboards and insights to inform on E&C risks and associated business decision making,
- Generation of internal reporting and metrics to meet corporate needs including transparency/disclosure obligations.
**Your key performance indicators will be**:

- Delivery of fit for purpose E&C solutions (or providing E&C contributions to business initiatives within established timelines and priorities),
- Creating a working relationship with employees and management for accomplishing the desired goals on a timely basis.
**I**nterested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and **skills**:

- Bachelor or Master degree (preferred),
- Management level healthcare regulatory and/or consulting experience of at least 10 years
- Knowledge of global healthcare regulatory standards,
- Understanding of global business integrity topics including specifically transparency/disclosure obligations,
- Data analytics (including metrics and reporting) and data technologies,
- Ability to manage compliance auditors/monitors and investigations,
- Excellent and effective communication skills including group presentations, and one-on-one interactions with employees at all levels,
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility and trust throughout the company
- Discreet and able to protect confidential information,
- Demonstrated ability to review, analyze and interpret legislation,
- Must have the ability to work independently with the ability to proactively develop and direct solutions.
