**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS**:
Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

- Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
- Data analysis and data modelling.
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, development, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
- Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture.
- Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud.
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**:
As stated in the Article 2.6.3.1. of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, a minimum educational qualification for lot 2 is: Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a bachelor’s degree of 3 years.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:
Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

- Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns.
- Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud.
- Good knowledge of modelling tools.
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS.
- Good knowledge of business process analysis.
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus, event architecture).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good redaction skills.
- Ability to give technical presentations.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings, ease of communication.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects.
- Excellent Team Player.
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1/C2). French will be an advantage.
**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**:
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

- Minimum 10 years' experience in architecture and design of information systems
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Java (both with J2SE and J2EE) with extensive use of design patterns
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Object Oriented design patterns, e.g. Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP)
- Minimum 8 years' experience in relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with SQL language
- Minimum 5 years' experience with XML
- Minimum 6 years' experience with Spring framework
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Angular2 framework or similar
- Minimum 5 years' experience in development of web services
- Minimum 3 years' experience with JIRA and GIT

**CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS**:
Following certificates & standards are an asset for the performance of tasks:

- Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) certification.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
