**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS AND THE SCOPE OF COMPETITION**

The Client is currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle DB Developer/Architect with expertise in database modelling and performance tuning. As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and scalable database solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
- Data analysis and data modelling.
- Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
- Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
- Production of software architecture documents.
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
- Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture.
- Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud.
- Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**

Bachelor's degree of 3 years.

The following knowledge is required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
- Good redaction skills.
- Ability to give technical presentations.
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural.
- The capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in working in a team
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment, on multiple large projects
- Excellent Team Player
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (B1/B2) will be an advantage

**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

- Knowledge of IT technologies in medical field, such as FIHR and CDA, is an asset.
- In addition it is required:

- At least 10 years of specific expertise in architecture best practices and patterns.
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in microservices and architecture in the cloud.
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in modelling tools.
- At least 14 years of specific expertise in Relational DBMS.
- At least 6 years of specific expertise in business process analysis.
- At least 8 years of specific expertise in interoperability technology (web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus, event architecture)
- At least 14 years of specific expertise in Java development

**C**ERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS**:
Optional certifications:

- Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) certification.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
