**We are hiring a Application/Cloud Architect for European Commission in Brussels and various locations around Europe.**
Main Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns.
- Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud.
- Good knowledge of modelling tools.
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS.
- Good knowledge of business process analysis.
- Good knowledge of JAVA, J2EE development
- Good knowledge of BPMN
- Good knowledge of workflows design and development.
- Good knowledge of UI framework (Angular, )
- Knowledge of interoperability technology (SOA).
- Proven experience in complex UI interface development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, ease of communication.
- Good redaction skills.
- Ability to give technical presentations.
- Capacity in writing and presenting studies, to give presentations about the project.
**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**
Bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- at least 5 years of specific expertise with JAVA (min. competence level 5)
- at least 5 years of specific expertise in BPMN (min. competence level 5)
- at least 5 year of specific expertise with AGILE (min. competence level 5)
