Der Bankenverband ist einer der großen Wirtschaftsverbände Deutschlands. Er vertritt die Interessen der in Deutschland tätigen privaten Banken und FinTechs auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene.

Wir suchen Dich als Junior Associate European Affairs (w/m/d) am Standort Brüssel für eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle (38 Stunden pro Woche).

Das Team European and International Affairs des Bankenverbandes fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen den EU-Institutionen und dem Bankenverband und seinen Mitgliedern in allen kreditwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen. Es koordiniert die Interessenvertretung des Bankenverbandes gegenüber der EU und verantwortet Marktzugangs
- und Regulierungsfragen auf internationaler Ebene.

In Deiner Rolle unterstützt Du unser Brüsseler Büro vor allem bei organisatorischen und inhaltlichen Aufgaben rund um die europäische Politik und Verbandsarbeit. Dabei übernimmst Du zunächst klassische Assistenzaufgaben und entwickelst Dich schrittweise in verantwortungsvollere Aufgabenbereiche hinein.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du kümmerst Dich um das Office Management - dazu gehören u. a. die technische Ausstattung des Büros, die Bestellung von Büromaterial, die Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern sowie die Koordination mit der European Banking Federation.
- Du pflegst das Europäische Transparenzregister und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Angaben stets aktuell sind.
- Du bist inhaltlich für einzelne EU-Gesetzgebungsdossiers zuständig.
- Du übernimmst die Pflege unserer Datenbank - dazu gehört die Verwaltung von Kontakten, Verteilern sowie der Versand von Einladungen und Positionspapieren.
- Du organisierst interne Sitzungen und Veranstaltungen, darunter Arbeitskreise, Gremientreffen oder Formate des Deutschen Kreditwirtschaftsnetzwerks.
- Du betreust unsere Praktikant:innen vor Ort und unterstützt sie bei organisatorischen Fragen.

**Unsere Anforderungen und Erwartungen**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium - idealerweise mit einem Bezug zu Politik, Wirtschaft, Verwaltung oder Kommunikation.
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrungen mit, gerne im europäischen Umfeld oder bei einem Verband, z. B. durch Praktika.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig - und hast Freude daran, Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Du bist teamorientiert, kommunikativ und behältst auch in hektischen Momenten den Überblick.
- Du verfügst über eine sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch und Englisch; Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache sind von Vorteil.
- Du kennst Dich mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen gut aus.
