Global Graduate Trainee

**Become our Global Graduate Trainee in Business transformation & Finance and join our rapidly growing, global team**:
Over the course of our **3-year Graduate Trainee program**, you have the opportunity to take part in 3 annual rotations within our **Finance & Business Transformation** department in HQ and with a **mission abroad** (+/- 1 year foreign experience).

In your first year:

- You support and co-develop our **worldwide Food Waste reduction program**: Support, develop and implement food waste reduction strategies and best practices across all Puratos subsidiaries. You will play an active role in managing food waste for the site in GB, support the Belgian operations in their day to day activities
- You will **contribute and support cross-functional process transformation programs**, utilizing cutting-edge process mining technology, analyzing data to develop clear improvement plans, and driving results while acting as a role model and coach. Take on the challenge of accelerating digital and automation transformation, improving productivity, and enhancing the customer and employee experience.

In your second year:

- You co-develop together with your mentor **continuous improvement strategies** in the shared service center **within the finance department** and ensure operational out roll. This year you’ll be using your financial skills and built your competences further in the financial department.

In your third year: you will complete a 1 year mission abroad in the scope of Finance.

The goal of our program is to prepare you on a path for talented, passionate professionals towards future leading roles within our company.

Each Graduate Trainee will be assigned to an expert Mentor, who will ensure you receive all the continuous support and training you need, to be successful during your 3 annual rotations. After your 3-year graduate program you move to an exciting role within Puratos to build further your career within our global business.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A **Master's Degree from a University **with excellent academic track record (Business, economics, finance, MBA, or relevant)
- A first work or Internship experience, preferably in the Food, FMCG or in a similar industry
- Drive for innovation, teamwork, flexibility and achievement orientation
- Engagement and Passion for the Food industry
- Be fully mobile to work in different global business areas/ locations
- **Be fully business-fluent in English (French, Dutch and/or other European languages highly advantageous)**
