**Verantwoordelijkheden en kerntaken**
- Je staat garant voor een perfecte Product Kwaliteit.
- Je verzekert een accurate uitvoering van het Raw Material en Quality Control Plan.
- Je optimaliseert samen met onze labo medewerkers het control plan om onze product specificaties op de meest leane manier te garanderen.
- In nauwe samenwerking met de QMS Manager sta je in voor de technische analyse van non-conformiteiten.
- Je ondersteunt productie en geeft advies tot bijsturing bij afwijkende product specificaties en/of procesafwijkingen.
- Je ondersteunt de Manufacturing Manager bij het uitvoeren van testen op zowel nieuwe materialen als nieuwe procesparameters.
- Je voert proces en product analyses uit en zorgt voor upgrades in functie van de veranderende noden.
- Je biedt ondersteuning in het beheer van het Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Je participeert bij technische projecten (bvb. on-line Quality Control).
- Je zorgt voor een accurate rapportering.
- Je rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de Manufacturing Manager en functioneel aan de QMS Manager.

**Competenties en vaardigheden**
- Je hebt een hogere opleiding genoten in een technische of chemische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een soortgelijke rol.
- Je bent nauwgezet, analytisch en kwaliteitsbewust.
- Je toont sterke interesse in kwaliteitsnormen (ISO,...).
- Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent hands-on ingesteld. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Productiemedewerkers wat zich ook vertaalt in aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.
- Je hebt sterke interesse in ons product en productieproces.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht, bent stressbestendig en werkt graag samen.
- Kennis van Lean/Six Sigma/Opex is een troef.
