**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:
Als Travel Project & Planning Coordinator binnen het Global Journey team van Tomorrowland ben jij dé administratieve duizendpoot achter de schermen. Je zorgt voor structuur, ondersteuning en nauwkeurige opvolging van alle processen die nodig zijn om onze unieke travel
- en eventervaring mogelijk te maken.
- Je brengt mee structuur in de jaarlijkse werking van het Global Journey & Travel team, door duidelijke documentatie, checklists en het opzetten van terugkerende workflows.
- Je helpt bij het opstellen en updaten van gedetailleerde briefings, projectplanningen en draaiboeken.
- Je beheert bestellingen, volgt leveringen nauwgezet op en houdt de communicatie met leveranciers up-to-date.
- Je helpt met administratieve taken, PO opvolging en teamgerelateerde taken.
- Je kan het overzicht bewaren overheen alle projecten en events.
- Je bent administratief sterk maar kan ook processen kritisch bekijken en verbeteren.
- Je kan projectvergaderingen vertalen naar duidelijke to do’s voor het team.
- Je kan logisch nadenken, nauwkeurig werken en legt de link naar andere departementen waar nodig.
**MUST-HAVES**:
- Je hebt minstens een eerste succesvolle ervaring in een ondersteunende functie binnen events, travel, logistiek en/of projectorganisatie.
- Je bent gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Je haalt energie uit het ondersteunen van een team en het creëren van overzicht.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook uitstekend in teamverband.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kan flexibel schakelen als de situatie daarom vraagt.
- Je houdt van een dynamische omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.
- Je bent een sociaal persoon die zich in een jong entertainment bedrijf perfect op z’n plek voelt.
