**JOBDESCRIPTION**

Our client is a group of companies specialized in wholesale and retail distribution of watches and jewelry. They distribute international brands in Belgium and internationally from their head office in Braine L’Alleud and we operate 8 retail stores in Flanders (Wijnegem Shopping Center, Leuven, Hasselt, Turnhout, Oostende, Brugge).- They are looking for a HR and Real Estate Administrator to support the Wholesale and Retail operations and management teams.- You will act as the first point of contact for HR and Real Estate related queries from management, employees and external partners.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
- Updating internal HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
- Preparing HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Revise company policies.
- Liaise with external partners, like social secretariat or legal advisors, and ensure legal compliance.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. headcount, budget).
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Collect relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves for payroll.
- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to post job ads and process incoming resumes.
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Provide support for administration and legal matters related with real estate.
- Relation with landlords for all administrative matters

**EXPERIENCE AND KWALIFICATIONS**- Bilingual NL/FR.
- Minimum 3-years experience in a Payroll/HR position.
- Two-year degree program human resources, law or similar studies is required - Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and time management skills to effectively multi-task in this role.**OFFER**
