**Functiebeschrijving**
Voor de vacature van Car Handler & Administrator regio Sint-Stevens-Woluwé sta je in voor het volledige beheer van het vervangwagenpark. Jij zorgt ervoor dat wagens worden afgeleverd aan nieuwe startende medewerkers of medewerkers die een wagen krijgen na een promotie. Hiervoor zorg je zelf eerst dat de wagens volledig klaargemaakt zijn voor aflevering. Dit betekent dat je met de wagens door een wasstraat rijdt, banden nakijkt op spanning en voltankt. Je doet een check up van de wagen bij terugbrengen van de wagens bij uit dienst of wissel van wagens. Je hebt dagelijks contact met de klant en zorgt voor de opvolging van het mail
- en telefoonverkeer. Tot slot sta je in voor de planning en dispatching naar leveranciers zoals carrosseriebedrijven, concessies, bandencentrales,...

Wie ben jij? Je bent punctueel, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en gaat steeds betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig tewerk. Je bent dynamisch, hebt een representatief voorkomen en bent vooral klantgericht. Aangezien je nauw samenwerkt met je rechtstreekse collega ben je een echte teamplayer die wel initiatief durft nemen en proactief tewerk gaat. Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
