Senior ERP Program Manager

This position is a highly visible role responsible to support leadership and manage the global ERP implementation projects.

The two ERP systems currently in place are two on-prem ERPs: Oracle EBS r12 and SAP ECC. Following an analysis of our current ERPs, we determined to move forward with the
**cloud-based SAP S/4 Hana**. The existing ERP platforms have extensive interfaces with internal and external systems. The future SAP S/4 Hana cloud instance will be implemented in a cloud environment but will still require appropriate security measures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves as the ERP Program Manager for the Global ERP implementation and consolidation.
- Drive the project to meet deadlines for goals and objectives:

- Lead all aspects of planning and execution
- Ensure detail time schedules are established and managed
- Identify key milestones
- Communicate progress and identify areas of concern
- manage engagement risk
- direct on-time, quality delivery of work products
- define deliverable structure and content
- Report on financial budget of overall integration
- Manage external costs
- Maintain the financial budget
- Report to management on financial status
- Provides a single point of contact for implementation efforts to ensure strong client relationships are developed and maintained
- Runs productive meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are up to date on project status and have clear actions for the next check-in that are aligned with project success
- Manage change management and ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged.
- Reports implementation summaries to Management and recommends solutions to any roadblocks

Qualifications:
**Experience Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with international teams
- Minimum 1 End to End life cycle implementation / roll out as project manager
- Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (Activate & Agile)
- Staffing and Resource Management experience
- Hands-on Functional experience with ability to handle risk management
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects
- Proven skills as a project manager on multiple full life cycle implementations.
- Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- End to End knowledge of SAP project & Support methodology
- Should have managed at least 1 SAP S/4 HANA implementation project as a project manager
- Good understanding of one of SAP Functional areas and interdependency between SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables i.e. proof-of-concepts, RFP, etc.
- Willingness to mentor junior staff.
- Based out of Belgium (2 days a week on-site is preferred)
