R&D- 8790 WAREGEM, Belgium**Job description**: **Blending Administrative Expertise with IT Proficiency and Analytical Insight**: Working from HQ offices in Waregem, you will create and maintain the centralized master data in SAP related to yarns, fabrics, finishes and covers. As part of our R&D team and in close collaboration with IT, your expertise will support our business units worldwide. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring **accurate data input into SAP**: - Entering product specifications of têxtile products, such as yarns, colors and finishing codes into the ERP system. - Creating and maintaining records of têxtile products. - Controlling and implementing customs tariffs to facilitate accurate costing of finished products. 2. Collaborate with different departments to solve problems, **improve processes** and, where possible, automate in collaboration with IT: - Supporting sales by developing improved processes. - Handling product requests by analyzing and processing data. - Supporting production planning teams in resolving system-related issues. 3. Data Management & Conversion: - Responsible for the **data conversion from other ERP systems to SAP** for the various business units worldwide and assisting during the "go live" of the system. 4. Data Standards Tracking: - Collaborate with R&D to maintain internal standard data matrices and stay informed of new developments and opportunities. You will report to the Group Master Data Manager. **Profile**: - Bachelor’s degree in administration or business & IT, with an affinity or interest for têxtiles, preferred. - Experience with **ERP systems**, especially SAP. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - **Fluent in English** and notions of Dutch for effective communication within our global team. - Impeccable attention to **detail and precision**. - Strong analytical skills for analyzing complex data and troubleshooting. - Flexibility, stress-resistance, and strong prioritization skills. - Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude. - Willingness to travel internationally for training and SAP setup. **Our offer**: **BECOME PART OF OUR DYNAMIC R&D TEAM**: We offer a competitive **salary package with attractive benefits**, such as group insurance and flexible working hours.
