**Description of the task**:

- The Following tasks will be performed by an external service provider:
- Analysis of Business requirements, requests for change and business issues.
- Documentation of Business requirements
- Work within the agile process, prepare and maintain its own task management plan (e.g. Jira dashboard) and track activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports
- Organize work in accordance with the lifecycle of requirement preparation for new features and improvements, finalization of the requirements with the business governance, negotiation of the prioritization of the tickets by the IT Teams (in the context of Programme Increments Planning), providing a key input into the related business internal testing, participation to UATs, contribution to the necessary input for the change management team, participation to training sessions organized by Change Management and work closely with the IT Support to gather further feedback or change requests.
- Business model analysis.
- Business process analysis.
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
- Knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
- Good knowledge of information systems matters;
- good knowledge of corporate systems for contract management in the Client: eProcurement, Compass Corporate, as well as knowledge of the monitoring of results would be an asset
- Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodology
- Practical knowledge of project management tools e.g. Confluence and JIRA.
- Ability to give good quality presentations to business-oriented audiences; good communication skills
- Service oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand, speak and write in English and French is required.

**Specific Expertise**:

- Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- At least 1 year of specific expertise in Wiki (competence level 4).
- At least 1 year of specific expertise in JIRA (competence level 3).
- At least 1 year of specific expertise with Office tools (competence level).
