Business Architect/business Analyst Ordering

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect or Business Analyst ready to work in an Agile organisation to strengthen our capacity to analyse existing capabilities and new business requirements. More specifically to define the impact of the new requirements on the overall CI Roadmap and Organisation. This is a strategic position with the expectation to prepare the CI tribe for the new projects.

The CI-Across squad is part of the Customer Interaction Tribe and helps to shape the CI multi-year investments and roadmap to support the Company Strategy. The Mission of the SQUAD is to:

- Build and manage the CI Business capabilities to visualize the full portfolio across CI and be able to determine area of investment to support company strategy
- Be the CI entry door for unmature projects : Challenge expected values, confirm objectives, agree on an holistic CI Solution to ease the implementation by CI Squads.
- Build strategy and roadmap for CI capabilities (CRM, Orchestration)
- Position CI in the SWIFT ecosystem : identify touchpoint within and outside CI to improve visibility, alignment and synergie

**Responsibilities**:

- You establish strong relationships with the users, POs and Chapter Leads in an active listening mode while managing their expectations.
- You help in the definition of the current CI Business Capabilities Map and ensure it remains up to date.
- You work with the POs to ensure they know the Capabilities Map and help them to study the impact on new projects. You keep the overall impact on CI and position this within the overall SWIFT ecosystem
- For complex or un-mature projects (as the New Economical Model, the revamp of our Ordering infrastructure ) you are the CI analyst to challenge success factors, confirm project objectives and gather customer needs. You build CI high-level process and solutions for those projects that will be the starting point for the implementation by CI Squads
- You define templates, checklists to standardise the analysis approach and ensure coverage of all CI Capabilities Map and organisation.
- For some capabilities like CRM or Orchestration, you define the CI Roadmap and strategy by interviewing stakeholders, making the link with Customer experience and taking into account the technology roadmap.
- You help POs on CI common issues to close the gap between strategy and implementation, relating to the CI Capabilities Map and Value streams

Skills and expertise
- Business analysis: you are able to reveal the underlying requirement behind a customer request and you are able to generalise and articulate them to effective, scalable and re-usable solutions.
- Ability to organise and facilitate business workshops to document the Value Stream Mapping
- Ability to document complex Business Capabilities in modelling tools
- Good communicator: active listener with a consultant mind-set, you can build and present impacting presentations and are able to consolidate complex situations and resume in an understandable way
- Understanding of IT concepts, and ability to discuss with development and business teams to co-build a solution in line with requirements, technical and budgetary constraints. You understand data modelling and relational database concepts.
- Understand business Architecture concepts and Customer journey approach.
- Strong expertise in CRM, Content Management, Business Modelling tools and processes.
- Experience in Scrum delivery methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence) is a strong asset.

Education-experience
- University degree (Engineering, Business, IT) or proven equivalent experience;
- At least 5 years as Business Analyst/Architect or equivalent experience is a strong asset;
- Experience in Value Stream Mapping and Business Modelling (tools) is a strong asset.
