We are looking for a** Medical Solution Lead Rheumatology BeLux** who has a passion for creating impact for patients, to come and join our fantastic BeNeLux Medical Affairs Team - to be based in Belgium (Brussels).

**About The Role**

As the Medical Solution Lead Rheumatology you ensure the highest possible scientific standards and scientific integrity in the implementation of the strategy and the tactical execution in Belgium and Luxembourg (BeLux) together with the Medical Science Liaison Rheumatology BeLux, the Medical Lead Rheumatology & Dermatology BeLux and the Head of Immunology BeNeLux. This also implies taking charge of localizing and translating scientific content while fostering connections with the Mid Markets and European Medical Affairs Team. In relation to this you will address barriers to streamline development of materials and assets for the field. You are responsible for building the local medical plan and ensuring its implementation in BeLux. You ensure delivering high value to patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and payers, guided by the highest standards of science, ethics, compliance and quality.

**Who You Will Work With**

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the BeLux Medical Affairs team, Marketing Solution Lead BeLux, Sales Lead BeLux, and Head of Immunology BeNeLux. Engage with commercial, marketing, medical, market access, compliance & regulatory partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Patient Association Groups. Report to the Medical Lead Rheumatology & Dermatology BeLux.

**What You Will Do**
- Localize global medical solutions for BeLux in line with local insights and budget.
- Implement local medical solutions (e.g., MSL materials, advisory boards, real-world evidence projects, clinical trial support, congresses, medical trainings).
- Ensure compliance approval and regular updates of promotional and medical solutions.
- Partner with external stakeholders on key projects to drive patient value.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Solution Lead BeLux on promotional materials and projects.
- Serve as the scientific expert for national market access initiatives.

**Interested?** **For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience and skills**:

- MSc in Immunology/Life Sciences; PhD in immunology is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills in Dutch (mandatory), and English (professional level).
- Experience in Medical Affairs with knowledge of local healthcare compliance and pharma environment; launch experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record with biologics in immunology, preferably rheumatology.
- Business acumen and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Influencing skills, project management skills, and the ability to build trust and stay consistent.
