**Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?**
- Je hebt je master rechten behaald en idealiter heb je een aanvullende opleiding in het vennootschapsrecht.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en als je eveneens het Engels en het Frans goed onder de knie hebt, dan zien we dat als een absoluut pluspunt.
- Je werkt autonoom en gestructureerd aan verschillende projecten. Je neemt graag initiatief.

**Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken?**
- Je begeleidt transacties waarbij je transactiedocumenten (NDA, LOI, SPA, ) opstelt en onderhandelt.
- Je verzorgt de redactie van onder andere aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, leningsovereenkomsten, zelfstandige dienstverleningsovereenkomsten, etc..
- Je begeleidt en adviseert klanten bij transactiestructuren en samenwerkingsvormen (zoals MBO, LBO, joint ventures, ).
- Je adviseert klanten in de bredere aspecten van het vennootschapsrecht en transacties.
