**Aim of the role**:
We’re at a very exciting stage as we scale to support the rapid global growth at Rydoo. You will have the opportunity to help shape first-class Operations, Technology, and Finance teams and to develop a culture of best practice and innovation world-wide.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish effective relationships to facilitate fast decision making to meet deliverables and schedules
- Proactively identify and implement system or procedural enhancements to ensure the company is maximizing the ERP systems capabilities
- Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes, with a particular focus on financial perspectives and implications and recommend best practices
- Create documentation and procedures guidelines for all systems users
- Contribute to all new cross-function system related projects
- Factor in the growing number of data sources and assist the business with interpreting and utilizing this information
- Examine company data to improve its efficiency, decision making, and overall performance

**Requirements**:

- 4+ Years experience in a business analyst (or equivalent) roles that involve system implementation project.
- Been been involved in scaling a SaaS company
- A data-driven and analytical mindset - can crunch numbers fast and leverage data to make decisions / recommendations. Be biased towards taking action (know when to move on from analysis).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider team.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, and communicate problems rapidly with the leadership team.
- A proven ability to influence others with the story of what you’re seeing in the data to make recommendations.
- A proven ability and desire to lead projects from start to finish, working with internal teams and partners to make decisions and maintain momentum
- Previous experience operating Salesforce, Netsuite, Customer Success platforms (Big plus)
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with PowerBi is a plus
