Als Business Intelligence and Data Analist speel je een cruciale rol in het analyseren van gegevens en het leveren van waardevolle inzichten die de besluitvorming van onze Voka - Kamer Mechelen-Kempen ondersteunen. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie zodat zij op basis van een uitgebreide data-analyse strategieën kunnen ontwikkelen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de gedelegeerd bestuurder en aan de directeur back-office.
- je verzamelt, consolideert en organiseert gegevens uit diverse bronnen;
- je voert diepgaande gegevensanalyses uit om patronen, trends en inzichten te identificeren;
- je creëert zelfstandig rapporten (Power BI), dashboards en visuele presentaties om gegevensresultaten effectief te communiceren;
- je levert aanbevelingen en advies aan de directie op basis van de gegevensanalyses;
- je identificeert en lost problemen met betrekking tot data-kwaliteit en -analyseprocessen op;
- je voert onderzoek uit naar de markt, industrietrends en concurrentie voor strategische inzichten.

**Wat maakt van jou dé ideale kandida(a)te voor deze job.**:

- bachelor
- of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, statistiek, econometrie, informatica of een gerelateerd veld.
- uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en bekendheid met gegevensanalysetools en -programmeertalen. Je kan data valoriseren
- bewezen ervaring met business intelligence (BI) tools en platforms. Meer specifiek Microsoft Power BI.
- sterke communicatievaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe gegevens eenvoudig te presenteren.
- probleemoplossend vermogen en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
