We are looking for a world-class SEA & Growth Strategist to join our marketing team and lead our paid search efforts with precision and creativity.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving massive lead generation and fueling our growth across all the markets we operate in. Through expert execution of Google Ads and other paid search platforms, you’ll bring in high-quality traffic and unlock new opportunities for scaling our business.
Your strategic approach to optimizing campaigns for maximum conversions and your relentless pursuit of ROI will ensure that Shyfter dominates the competitive landscape. We’re not just looking for someone to manage ads — we need a growth driver who will turn search engine advertising into a powerful engine of growth and market expansion.
Tasks
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEA campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic.
- Perform keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates), adjusting bids and tactics to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with the content, product, and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid search and ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Provide insights and regular performance reports to the marketing team and leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- A min 5 years proven experience as an SEA Specialist, with a strong track record of driving results through paid search campaigns.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools for ad optimization.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in search engine advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the SaaS or tech industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software, workforce management tools, or related technologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, German, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, ultra-dynamic environment.
