IT Manager

Bingoal is a Belgian company with more than 30 years’ experience in providing online and offline sports betting and casino games. Today, Bingoal is a dynamic and ambitious company looking for an experienced & passioned **ICT Manager**. As such, you will ensure optimal performance of the IT department in order to contribute to Bingoal’s continuous growth in Belgium & abroad.

**Key Responsibilities**

More specifically, you will be guiding our IT department towards the future by:

- Analysing and understanding the current context to have a **clear view on the situation AS/IS**: you will be expected to get involved in the different operational activities and learning about the business and the organization on the field
- Designing an optimized and pragmatic approach to **ensure continuity and quality** based on the knowledge and understanding gained
- Translating business objectives and management requirements into an adapted and realistic **IT strategy** and successfully implementing it through effective **change management**:

- **Leading and supporting the growth **of Bingoal’s expanding team of IT professionals (including development, system administration, security,)
- **Planning, coordinating and supervising** the IT effort to ensure efficiency, supporting **technical leadership **and acting as a **back-up** when needed
- Regularly communicating and **aligning with management**:

- Establishing and managing **the ICT budget**:

- Identifying and acting on challenges and opportunities for **continuous improvement**

**Your Profile**
- You have at least **3-5 years** of proven experience as **ICT Manager** or similar role
- You have a solid experience with **programming**:

- You also have excellent knowledge of general **IT needs, functioning & practices** in a company thanks to your broad hands-on experience
- You are fluent in **English and Dutch or French**:

- An experience in a similar context is a great asset
- You possess outstanding and proven **leadership** skills and you are able to act as a **trusted advisor** to management
- Your solid **strategic thinking and decision-making** skills would allow you to effectively guide an entire department
- You can count on excellent **project management** skills that you are also able to share with others
- You are a strong communicator who believes in open and effective **communication**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Pay: From €3.000,00 per month
