The assignment
- Analyze the needs of the departments/teams and define an action plan to increase the specific adoption needed by staying in touch with our end-users (through all layers of the organization) and gathering necessary feedback. Shape the training plans and building blocks of our digital workplace tools together with our digital workplace and internal learning & development team.
- Develop and optimize training content tailored to the needs of specific teams and departments.
- Being prepared to deliver the training personally if required.
- Drive the digital workplace ambassador community: answering questions, organizing information sessions focused on new functionalities and keeping them engaged and motivated to spread the knowledge.
- As part of the digital workplace ICT team, you help the team to follow up on the new Microsoft functionalities with an impact on the end-user and integrate them in the documentation, trainings and other information channels.
Required knowledge and skills
- Broad Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience with the Microsoft toolset, either in a similar role or as a trainer. Skills to both create and conduct trainings with a strong vision on the strategy behind it. - Experience in driving an ambassador community.
- The ability to be a digital workplace expert who can explain topics in such a way that people adopt the new way of working (motivating and stimulating people in an enthusiastic way).
- A strategic mindset and the ability to provide clear direction within a complex organization.
- Communication and documentation writing skills.
- Excellent networking skills within a diverse population.
